The warm weather has finally arrived...

The tulips (what are left of them after the bunnies with rather large appetites got after them) are blooming and make it feel more like spring!

Jack is getting so big, is full of laughs and scooting around like crazy!!!!

And loves being outside!

Peyton is so happy that she can finally go out on the deck and play... and watch the "jumpy squirrel" in the backyard
Someone has an obsession with her rain boots!

House update... we have had several previews with real estate agents and one showing this week. We have an open house this weekend so we see what comes! We continue to look at possible lots to build on or existing houses here in buffalo for when that time has come.
